Last Friday, the Tech Tourism Cluster, together with the Gremi d'Hotels de Barcelona (Barcelona Hotel Association), organized a session to connect hotels and technology suppliers at the Hotel Catalonia Eixample 1864.

During the connection day, individual meetings were held between the hotels in Barcelona and the main technology suppliers of the tourism ecosystem. From connectivity and cyber security companies, to the most sophisticated revenue management systems, through PMS, electronic invoicing companies or disruptive technologies such as the cloud or NFC.

With a total of 110 meetings held in a bit more than 1 hour, the session was a successful call where the tourism and technology ecosystem was able to connect and network in order to foster synergies and establish commercial relations with the accommodations present in the session

At the end of the session, a Networking space with coffee was created, open to all members, which made it possible to have more informal meetings to finish connecting with the rest of the attendees who participated.
