Participate in the networking session and schedule meetings with cluster members 
Do you want to meet the rest of the cluster members? Do you have a special interest in meeting with any of the companies that are part of the organization? Do you have a pending project that you need to share with someone in particular?

Take part in the "post-holiday" networking session that we are preparing from the Tech Tourism Cluster where you can close individual meetings with the companies that are part of the cluster.

🗣️ Possibility of networking
Through this networking session we want to give visibility to the members of the organization and facilitate interaction between you, helping you close meetings with the companies that interest you in order to foster synergies and share joint projects.

📝 What will be the procedure for closing the meetings?
1️⃣ It is essential to register through this link. Only registered companies can close meetings.
2️⃣ Once we receive all the registrations, we will contact the attending companies to provide you with a list of the rest of the participants.
In this 2nd form you can choose up to 6 companies with which you want to meet.
3️⃣ From the Tech Tourism Cluster we will assign 4 meetings trying to adapt as much as possible to your requests. Each meeting will last a maximum of 15 minutes.
4️⃣ During the day of the session, we will indicate the table assigned to hold each of the meetings and we will coordinate the time so that everyone can enjoy the assignments.

🤔 What happens if I am not assigned a meeting with one of the companies I marked on the form?
In order not to make the session too long, we will limit the assigned individual meetings to 4. However, afterwards, we will be able to enjoy some drinks to continue connecting with those members with whom you have not had the opportunity to speak.

🚨 In order to be able to coordinate the session sufficiently in advance, we ask you to proceed with your registration before September 7th. The following day you will receive the list of attendees to arrange meetings.
