As you well know, one of our strategic challenges is based on the development of the hybrid talent of the future and, through the Talent Working Group, we have set a road map that will help us achieve the different challenges we have set as a sector .
One of the first actions we want to carry out, in order to involve the rest of the cluster partners in the wheel of the working group, is to spread real success cases where the company-university collaboration has promoted and developed the talent that is sought and demanded in the sector.
