During the past 24 to 28 January, our organization had a stand for the first time at FITUR Madrid, one of the fairs referring to the travel sector at an international level. 

The stand was the meeting point to close deals, learn about new projects and foster synergies between the members of the organization who came to visit us.

Located in Hall 8, we had a small sample of what is in the cluster, made up of companies with hybrid profiles between technology and tourism, technology centers, universities and business associations.

One of the companies represented was Niikiis, an operating system for the management of equipment in the hotel sector that digitizes and automates tasks and processes, improving and centralizing all information from the mobile. The company, which was established two years ago, aims to triple its activity in 2024.

Another participating company was Bookline, a pioneer in the development of voice chats, which since 2019 has been helping more than 300 companies in different sectors to manage their telephone support using artificial intelligence.

Also presented was Wifirst, a telecommunications operator that since 2002 has been proposing Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity networks to turn connections into "wifi as a service", in establishments such as hotels or student residences.

Beroni, a technology services company, introduced its travel agency management program. The company has been dedicated, since its creation in 1987, to the development of software and complementary services for the tourism sector.

For its part, GNA Hotels Solutions, a hotel innovation and technology consultancy, presented its hotel software.
