Following our mission to connect universities within the Tech Tourism Cluster with tourism technology companies, we are organizing a session with the UOC to explore current and future talent needs in the tourism sector.
🔸 Which talent competencies are most important for companies in our sector today?
🔸 What are the key professional skills in the current context of technological transformation in tourism?
🔸 How do we foresee these needs evolving in the future?
We will discuss these and many other questions together, using data provided by the UOC's Labor Market Analysis and Prospective Unit, led by researcher Carme Pagès. Along with members of this unit, we will conduct a participatory workshop to address these challenges.
