Bases reguladores dels projectes d'"Última milla" del Ministerio de Indústria, Comercio y Turismo

The objective of this call is to finance unique and transformative projects that cover easily scalable and reproducible processes and products with a clear orientation to the end user and that contain, among others, improvements in digitization and intelligence applied to management, promotion, promotion and dissemination for destinations and the tourism sector.

💁🏻‍♀️ Beneficiaries
👉🏼 Tourism sector companies, as long as they are validly incorporated, have their own legal personality and tax domicile in Spain.
👉🏼 Non-profit associations, federations and confederations of the tourism sector that are registered in the relevant register
👉🏼 Companies whose activity allows them to become technological partners and with demonstrable experience in the tourism field

Line 1️⃣:
Innovative technological development projects that incorporate emerging technologies or a new development with medium/low technological risk in the field of the Internet of Things, 5G, big data, cyber security or mobile applications, among others.

🔁 Groups of at least 5 companies.

🤷🏻‍♂️ Promote the digitization of the companies that are part of the grouping in the areas of customer relations, the management of their benefits, brand positioning or the development of data spaces for use in the tourism sector.

💶 The project budget will be a maximum of 3,000,000 euros and a minimum of 300,000 euros.

🗓️ Execution in a maximum of 12 months and must end, at the latest, on March 31, 2025.


Line 2️⃣:
Projects for the implementation and adoption of new technologies that incorporate previously tested technologies in the market with low technological risk in the field of the Internet of Things, 5G, big data, cyber security or mobile applications, among others.

🔁 Groups of at least 3 different companies.

🤷🏻‍♂️ Promote the digitization of the companies that are part of the grouping in the areas of customer relations, the management of their benefits, brand positioning or the development of data spaces for use in the tourism sector.

💶 The project budget will be a maximum of 750,000 euros and a minimum of 200,000 euros.

🗓️ Execution in a maximum of 12 months and must end, at the latest, on March 31, 2025.

Line 3️⃣:
Projects for the implementation and adoption by SMEs of technologies previously tested on the market with low technological risk or of digitization processes of their activity.

🔁 1 SME.🤷🏻‍♂️ Technologies related to sensorization, tourist demand (business intelligence, big data, apps...) sustainability (intelligent lighting management, irrigation, sustainable mobility, waste and energy efficiency ...), management (intelligent management platforms or interconnection systems) and the development of data spaces for use in the tourism sector.

💶 The project budget will be a maximum of 300,000 euros and a minimum of 20,000 euros

🗓️ Execution in a maximum of 9 months and must end, at the latest, on March 31, 2025.

🚨 The aid from this line is considered de minimis aid.

🫰🏼 Eligible expenses


Line 1️⃣ and Line 2️⃣:

  • Personnel expenses directly related to the project.
  • Instrument, material, buildings and land costs.
  • Expenses for contract research, know-how and patents acquired or licensed from external sources.
  • Overhead and other additional operating costs, including expenses for materials, supplies and similar products.


Line 3️⃣:

  • Personnel expenses directly related to the project.
  • Expenses of external assistance, such as analyses, preparation of protocols or previous reports.
  • Costs of purchase, leasing, renting and acquisition of any material and immaterial asset, including the acquisition of equipment, sensors, software, IT applications, technological equipment, etc.
  • Expenditure of expendable material.
  • General costs directly linked to the object of the aid. These costs may represent up to 5% of justified personnel expenses.
  • Other costs related to the project and necessary for its development that cannot be attributed to any of the previous concepts.
  • Project expenses and activities must begin after the date of submission of the grant application.


💶 Amount
Line 1️⃣ and Line 2️⃣:
SMEs
➡️ 50% of the subsidized budget
Large companies ➡️ 15%
Non-profit associations, Federations and Confederations ➡️ 70%

Line 3️⃣:

Up to 100% of the subsidized budget of the project (always subject to compliance with the limits established in the de minimis aid regulation).

🗓️ Submission deadline
Two months from the day following the publication of the extract of the call (PENDING PUBLICATION).


From the Tech Tourism Cluster we will follow it up thoroughly with SEGITTUR in order to provide precise information on the basis of the call and the execution of joint projects between our members.

In addition, we are working to organize an information session together with ACCIÓ, with the aim of explaining first-hand all the conditions established in the regulatory bases and resolving your doubts.
