While repeating the formula of the previous edition, you can now book your shared stand at the next edition of FITUR Madrid, the most relevant tourism sector business fair on the national scene and one of the most important internationally. This year it will take place from January 22 to 26, 2025, and as usual, the Tech Tourism Cluster will be participating so that you can be there.
Due to the success of the 2024 edition and in response to your requests, during this new edition we will have a space twice as large where we can accommodate up to 8 member companies of our organization. We will have 56mยฒ in hall 8, where the entire traveltech industry is located, just surrounded by the great leaders of the sector. As a novelty in 2025, we will also have an hourly meeting space, for those who need more flexible options

๐ถ What is the cost of the trade mission?
FIXED STAND
The cost per company to divide the reserved space will be โฌ3,300 + VAT in individual work tables while sharing the same space under the umbrella of the Tech Tourism Cluster. The space corresponds to the premium stand price, which already includes the assembly by adding the corporate images of the participating companies.
"FLEX" OPTION FOR HOURS
From โฌ130/hour + VAT, all varying according to the time and day you want to book. You can access the price/time and availability table through the link. The allocation of the same will be made in strict order of request and payment.

๐ What are the reservation conditions?
In order to be able to confirm your participation in stand fixe, a pre-payment of 50% of the amount corresponding to the price of the mission must be paid, all as a reservation.
Regarding the "flex" modality, the total amount of the reservation must be paid in order to block the requested hours.
๐จ How many fixed spots are available?
Places are limited and we only have 8 places available, which will be granted in strict order of registration, giving priority to those companies that were already part of the mission during 2024.
The mission will only be carried out if we fill the 8 available places. In case of not being able to carry out the action, the full amount of the reservation will be returned.
