Last December 3rd, the third online session (and last of 2024) of the TechTur Legal Series took place by the colleagues of Mylegalinbox. These are quarterly training pills focused on the legal and fiscal areas in our sector.


During this third session, we went into detail about the 1st global regulation governing artificial intelligence that will come into force from 2026. It is important to note that the responsibility will be shared so selecting a good travel companion will be crucial in the AI ​​development approach.

In addition, 6 key recommendations were shared to avoid sanctions by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, linked to the protection of the data with which you operate in your day-to-day business. 



From the Cluster we are already starting to prepare new sessions of the TechTur Legal Series for 2025, with new legal and fiscal topics that could be interesting for the entire value chain of the sector!
